Apartment No. 2 is located above apartment No. 1 and it has ca. 30 m2 interior surface. There is a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. The bedroom has a double bed for two guests and two more can sleep on the fold – out sofa in the living room that makes this apartment a best choice for a couple, family with 1 or 2 children or a couple of friends. Kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has air conditioning and satellite TV.
From the living area you can step to sun-shaded south terrace that has small marina and sea view. This apartment’s bedroom also has its own terrace that has natural sun shade and that is east-oriented. Both terraces have ca. 26 m2 and have terrace furniture for your use.
On the opposite side of the main floor corridor you will find apartment No. 3 that is very similar to apartment No. 2. These two apartments share main floor entrance and are usual choice for 2 families that travel together (for example, 4 adults and 3 – 4 children) and/or for 2 couples that enjoy privacy but like to be located in apartments close by.
In the back of apartments No. 2 and 3 you will also find a large garden with an outside shower, yard, sun-shaded outside grill and dining area great for dining together and relaxing. Outside kitchen and grill area have refrigerator, freezer, sink, cooking stove, microwave, laundry machine, small pantry and bar.

Price of the apartment includes rent, water and electricity cost, apartment's equipment, bed linen and towels (weekly change), air conditioning use for 8 hours (for more use, fee of 0,50 Euro/hour is applied), terrace/garden furniture, use of outdoor kitchen and grill area (shared with apartment No. 3) and parking spot. Wi-Fi is available.
To make a final reservation, the guests make a prepayment of 20% of the total price for accommodation in specific period on the owner's bank account. Owner and bank account details are:

After the receipt of the prepayment, the apartment you've choose is booked for you in the specific period already agreed. In case you decide to cancel your stay in the apartment at later notice, there is no possible refund of the prepayment. At check in at the apartment, the guests are to cover the rest of the payment as well as any additional cost to the owner.

- returnable security deposit – 100 Euro/apartment and final cleaning - 40 Euro
In case of any damage during your stay in the apartment (breaking glass, loss of the apartment's equipment, damaged devices...), the owner will keep the security deposit or a part of it to compensate the damage. The guests are obligated to leave the apartment clean and tidy.
